Progress Pics – Week 25

October25

It’s time for another progress pics showing.  Everything looks pretty much the same, but if you look closer, you can see a difference in my waist, thighs, and butt.  Just where I want to see the most difference, so I’m thrilled!

Progress Pics – Week 21

September19

So after last weeks non-productive and eat-fest week, I hesitated taking my progress pictures this weekend, but then decided that I really wanted my progress pics to be exactly four weeks in between each one and that I should face reality.  While there isn’t a huge change in my front and back views, there is a noticeable difference in my side view (stomach and butt).  So, here you go…week 21 progress pics:

Ok…it’s that time again.  I’ve had my husband take another round of progress pics.  There’s some noticeable changes, but I look just a little smaller than last time (no huge differences).

Still heading in the right direction and I’m still amazed at how much change has happened in just the course of 17 weeks or even in just the last 4 weeks when I took my last progress pics.

I’ve got all 5 pics lined up and put my before and current pictures next to each other (for easy viewing of the full progress).  I’ll take some more progress pictures in another 4 weeks.

It’s been another 4 weeks, so I have progress pictures to share.  Hard to believe that I can still see some changes.  Nothing as major as the first couple of progress pics, but there are still some differences from just four weeks ago.  Check out my chin and thighs.  That’s where I see the most difference.  I can also see some changes in my arms and back.

Progress Pics – Ending Week 9

June27

Ok, so the long awaited progress pics are here.  It’s been 9 full weeks since my starting day (before photo) and 4 weeks since my last progress picture (taken at 5 weeks).  I can see a difference again and it’s so encouraging.  I’ve never seen this great of a difference (especially after only 9 weeks) on any weight loss plan I’ve been on.  I’ll take more progress pictures in another four weeks so we can compare again.  Until then….enjoy the changes. :)
